Howdy! The name’s Taylor Buck and this website is dedicated to detailing the adventures I have been fortunate enough to experience—usually alongside my favorite adventure buddy, my husband, Brian. This site is meant to act as a hybrid combo of photo album, travel log diary, and adventure guide.
I originally hail from San Antonio, Texas and Brian’s originally from southern California. After living in Long Beach, California for four years we both accepted new jobs in the UK and made the leap to Europe! Brian jumped over in late 2019 and then I followed quickly behind in early 2020 just under the nose of covid-19.
Brian and I both work as full-time game developers. I’m a Lead UI Artist, and Brian is a Lead VFX Artist! We’re actually an office romance funnily enough! It can be hard to find time to get away from the office for trips, but we truly scrounge up every second of PTO we can and try to put it to quality use. The world is out there to be seen and experienced and lived in and we want to enjoy it while we can! You don’t need to follow the trend and quit your 9-5 job to have an adventurous life—we’re the prime example!
